Our New Home!

Well it's becoming more and more official...we're buying a home! We have a contract with the seller for a beautiful townhome built in 1999. We've got a fenced in back yard for Jasmine...which she'll grow to love I'm sure...but at least we have the yard! I'm really excited about making a garden in the backyard and working with my flower garden in the front. We live on a circle, and at the end of our circle there's a beautiful pond with ducks! I love having ducks! :) We'll be taking mom and Ted and Fred and Gail to see it on Monday and do our own inspection. I guess we get to check the outlets, faucets, appliances and so on. I think Nick and I are going to take a tape measure to measure the bedrooms for our bed, and possibly an upgrade to a king soon, plus get an idea of what type of dining room table we'll want, desk for Nick's area in the basement and so on...so Monday will be a very productive evening! :) Nick and I are still in shock that we're buying a home. Wow...so now we're spending our long Labor Day weekend packing! I'm so excited!!!!!
