I haven't posted anything on here in a long time...so I decided to start up again! I am trying to be better about cooking healthy foods for my family. So I am going to start posting some of the dinners I am making, mostly in hopes of not quitting!
Here is an update on our little family from the last few years!
Dominic will be 3 in a week and a half...wow I can't believe that! He starts Vacation Bible School tomorrow, then preschool at Challenger next month...where does the time go? HHe is very much a boy. He loves superheroes, dirt and anything water related. We have passes to the water park, and I am telling you, this boy is FEARLESS!! I will add pictures soon!
Tonight's dinner is a pinterest find. No peek beef tips, served over potatoes. Recipe and pictures to follow!
